We want to make sure we consistenltly make your workouts as enjoyable as possible. Therefore we ask that members please acknowledge the following:
- If you are naturally an independent person: Often we get comfortable with the training program we make for ourselves, but after a while weeventually plateau. Whilst it may not seem obvious at first, but there are trainers out there that have a diverse range of skills and training styles diferrent to yours. If the only reason you haven’t tried personal training is that your comfortable with your own training, why not expand your knowledgeand get comfortable with an enhanced, improved version of your training.
- If you are on a tight budget: Times get tough sometimes, and in the midst of everything it may seem that a personal trainer or even physical health isn’t on the priority list. Actually, if you begin with the foundation (i.e. your body) then it can have a great effect on your state of mind, and hence your awareness of better financial opportunities in life. Even so, we still have a range of options depending on the trainer – we can set you up for 1-off sessions, email coaching or once-a-month advanced exercise program consultations.
- If you want results fast and you are dedicated. Then you are the perfect client! Our trainers are very eager to meet you!
